Fees for management and maintenance services will be established in the written agreement between the client and J & J Business Management LLC. Clients are responsible for timely payment of fees and any costs related to maintenance, repairs, utilities, or vendor invoices as specified in the management agreement.

Appointments, inspections, and scheduled services may require advance notice in accordance with our policies. Cancellation terms will be specified in the service agreement or appointment confirmation.

The Site, its content, design, trademarks, and logos are owned or licensed by J & J Business Management LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
